We request you to

• Attend alone for your appointment, where possible, and do not arrive more than two minutes before your appointment time.
• Wear a face mask/face covering when attending your appointment unless you are exempt due to medical reasons.
• Use hand sanitiser on arrival and before leaving the clinic.
• Use the disinfectant wipes provided to wipe down seating after use if possible.
