This depends on nature and complexity of your condition. Your physiotherapist will be able to advise you on the number of sessions required at the initial assessment.
All our clinic appointments for MSK conditions lasts for 30 minutes. Some appointments like neurological physiotherapy, vestibular rehabilitation are booked for 1 hour.
Musculoskeletal and sports injury physiotherapy treatment the normal session length is thirty minutes. Neurological, paediatric and other specialist physiotherapy treatment sessions are normally one hour. The length of treatment sessions can be increased if required but cannot be reduced.
Wear something comfortable. Bring a pair of shorts if it is a lower back, hip, knee, ankle, or a foot problem. Bring a tank top / vest if it is a neck, upper back, shoulder, elbow, or hand problem.
You do not need a referral to see a physiotherapist. You can call the clinic or book your appointment online at our various clinic locations.
Yes. These can be arranged for patients who are disabled or are too ill to attend the practice.

If you inform us more than 24 hours prior to your appointment that you are unable to attend the appointment it can be rearranged or cancelled. If you fail to attend an appointment and do not provide 24 hours notice you will be charged in full for the appointment.
